I honestly don't think there is much of a difference in nutrient brands other than the % of NPK in each bottle. The (N)-(P)- and (K) itself are all the same, the WHERE and WHO that manufactures it is irrelevant.

Try looking at nectar for the gods. Not a sodium based nute. Its calcium based. About as "organic" as you can get from a bottle. Have run it a little over 2 years now.

I just briefly looked at the nutrient line, and one of the first sentences I read "Nitrogen in Medusa’s Magic is derived from a protein which will result in a healthier, more natural growth pattern in your plants."

They think they have Special Nitrogen

Their 1 shot mix is 3-10-0

Nitrogen is derived from feathers. And molecularly, it is different, it's not sodium nitrate.

It is unbounded, and bonds with a calcium molecule for transport. All other lines I've looked at it is a nitrogen molecule bonded to a salt molecule.
I'd say that makes it special.

Birds will be protesting soon.

I'm trying to find the feather Nitrogen on the periodic table.

ok, I know i'm sounding like a jerk here, but really is Nitrogen not nitrogen no matter how you cook it ?
