what you think i did flush with tap water a few days ago

What you need to look at is new growth, the old growth will not repair or look any better - is it getting any worse? Looks like cal/mag.. auto flowers are notorious for it!

My leaves seem to be doing the same thing, just not that bad yet. I don't know what to do either, I tried misting with 1 teaspoon epsom salt per gallon of water, but thats tricky with a flowering plant and shouldn't really be done. I don't know what the hell to do next besides maybe a flush?

so i hit the plants with calmag and rased the light still turning yellow and drying out

Yeah unfortunately your babies could take up to 2 weeks to heal itself and i think he ment you had to much cal mag. Trying making a mix of epson salt like in the link i sent you and see if that helps in slows it down in a week.

I'm not quite sure on the salt:water ratio but i can say that i would start off with a teaspooon to one gallon or even as high as one tablespoon to one gallon. but like most things. little is more.
