-- brutally hard water will screw up the whole scene in there,... It forces pH up, and the mineral build-up also keeping piling on the ppm's in the soil which past a point will start to mess with uptake of other nutes,... Switch ASAP to a different source, like those self fill machines,.... around 150ppm is fine, 200ppm just OK,... The hardness doesn't always equate to uptake-available ions, so there's that too,... The RO water at 25ppm is a bit alarming, your membrane may be failing,.. better than tap, but a heads up there,.. usually ppm's should be under 5,...
The dolomite has taken this even further to excess, even if it's a slower acting form of lime... With

soils, you're already behind the 8ball, lousy quality in general, low pH common.... this alkaline input can help, but again, the net ionic load in the soil is an issue for uptake, pH and potential lockouts,...
Are the tops paling out, lowers better? If so, it's starting a micronutrient defc., and/or uptake issue...
Look into getting a soil pH probe, like the Accurate 8 (Control Wizard) =

hsoil: (long probe here), good for the $! Mine has been a champ,....nothing beats in-pot measurements!
