looking spot on 
can take a bit of tweeking/a grow or two to get the light height set(and lots of different lights)my last light was start plant off at 50cms,let the plant grow to 15cms away and keep it there.new light if i start closer than 50cm i burn the shit outa them,and no less than 25cm when they grow up.
..i have a few spare boxes to set under the plants,i find it easier than moving light up and down.
with a leggy one i put a few handfulls of soil round the base
my rh i dont worry much about it 35%-65% depending what time of day i look in the cupboard
