Thanks for dropping in!

This is my first auto grow and also my first living soil grow. I’ve read all the threads and hopefully absorbed enough to not screw thus up too too bad.

I’m starting with Nature’s living soil autoflower formula in 3 gal smart pots with roots organic original as the base( I did not layer! Promise).

5x5 tent with 2x 3500 autocobs and another cheapo “COB” that will be replaced as soon as possible... literally no comparison next the autocobs. I’m going to do 3-4 plants, thoughts on space?

I have recharge and a compost tea brewer with vermicompost, I got these upfront knowing it’s a good call not to have to buy these after I need them.

I’ll be germinating and planting this week, so I’ll have pics up as soon as it gets going.

I would plug the pot.as in when you are filling the pots up stick a 16 inch solo cup in the middle and leave maybe an inch or even flush almost with the top lip of the pot(s) and fill with soil. then carfeully pull cup wiggling it or spinning it mellow and pull it out and fill with an organic seedling mix, coco coir whatever have ya.those type of mixes tend to be hotter and will scorch a seedling if it gets messed up with that soil too early. Happy harvesting. And Tea Labs imo is one of thee best places for tea or AACTs gear and foods..worth it been using them for years myself.but asimple brewer(good call btw),some molasses, some 5-1-1 Alaskan fish, kelp meal and/or Soluble kelp powder.castings and/or cow compost(and any tea labs items you may decide to pick up.I like Life Cube and beetle juice with a few other smaller additions)..maybe even some big bloom, and they have a high end fish powder in a disolvable pack.works beautifully! anyways, hope that helps and happy harvesting :)

Thanks, that’s exactly what I had planned to do. I’ll look into those other amendments, I bought a simple tea brewer and planned to do a basic tea with a little recharge in it. I have a buddy that tried kind soil in a layered system and it didn’t work out, so I knew to fully integrate it, thanks for the solo cup trick though I was curious how much “neutral space” the baby girls needed

yeah Kind soil I used many times.Only fully worked for me a cpl times but its a great veg soil.but that soil there is similar Im sure.I just wonder about flower.I would get some flowering foods for tat tea man. Soluble kelp powder, big bloom even.or some flower top dressing mix you could add to the castings if you wanted to.which would be good since if you leave a half inch or so once it watered in well.that'll leave room for a top dressing of flower soil and bud hardener.I got some of that from tea labs coming. got it off amazon actually LOL

I did end up with a small bag of green leaf calmag and Greenleaf mega crop, don’t know a lot about these but the cobshop sent me a code to try it out figured why not

Alright guys!! 3 sour bubbly and 3 alien vs triangle going into tap water today and a dvd case on my cable box until they pop.

I went ahead and ordered 3x sour crack from Mephisto and I’m waiting on them to add some new stock to their US website, funny enough Dax from Mephisto and I grew up in the same town practically as neighbors... small world.

I have the room to do a perpetual grow so I think I’m going to go for it, I’ll do 3 at a time and try to space them 2-3 weeks apart. While I’ll kerp some buds for puffing, I’m mainly growing to do some ice water extractions.

@Eyes on Fire i ended up grabbing some roots organic terp tea bloom, guys at Cap City Organics said it was a good supplemental bloom Nute that won’t kill my herd!!!!

Two sour bubbly had little roots today so into the plugged 3gal pots they go.
The third is cracking and all the AvsT are as well so fingers crossed for them all to be in the pots by the end of the weekend.
Germination was simple, soaked in distilled water for 12 hours, then into a damp napkin in a dvd case on my cable box.
I’ll take pictures tomorrow of the space and what I got setup.
