Day 7 | 80 F | 56-65% RH | Lights = Fully dimmed @ 36" = 13,000 Lux/190 PPFD
Today is day one for the backup girls! Blue Toof and Fugue State
Realized I was following a watering schedule for 2.2 gallon pots and I am using about 3 gallons-ish. Watered with another 500ml of starter nutes yesterday 9/13/20 and the girls seem to have perked up a bit and found a little growth spurt.
Moving forward I will be increasing water quantity and/or frequency.
Slow start but I think we are looking okay for day 7! These 2 strains are supposed to be on the small side anyway.
Day 10 | 78 F | 56-65% RH | Lights = mostly dimmed (140W each) @ 32" = 17,000 Lux/248 PPFD
Curious as to how fast to start cranking up the lights.
Coco is drying much faster than anticipated and I clearly underestimated my watering needs. Couple of the girls got a minor claw, I assume it was the under watering? gave them all a heavy watering today of about 1 gallon each so I got about 25% runoff or so and let them drain a bit before putting the root socks on again. They are all fully saturated and back in their homes.
Growth looks okay, quite a bit bigger since day 7 and they should hopefully get a good boost from today's activities.
I add a bit of cal/mg . I use only Samsung leds on both of my boards. For me some need it, most do not. Not any harm in giving them a recommended dose.

Day 7 for the Fugue State and Blue Toof
Girls are looking good and have really taken off since their day 10 soak. Hopefully they didn't get too stunted.
Most of them got their introductory lesson to bondage today and were bent over to encourage side branching. They will be folded over a bit more each day until nice and flat in hopes for an even canopy and more tops later on.
Hi Mannik. I like your set up. I am currently growing with an HLG light. I get too nervous putting seeds directly into the medium. Mine grow in Rapid Rooters first and then a small pot, and then into the autopot system. Your sprouts look good and healthy to me.

I was a bit nervous this time as it was my first run with Coco. My method is germinating in paper towels inside of a DVD case wrapped with a t-shirt until they sprout. When the Taproot is a quarter inch to 1/2 inch long are then transfer into a shallow hole in my medium.
These ones had a slow start due to some under watering but are not picking up pace after getting it corrected.
I may change my method a bit and try the step up method next time. Transplanting autos makes me nervous due to the added stress.
