Should I transplant this STH into a 3 Gallon? Or should I just let it ride in the 1 gallon. My initial plan was to finish it in the 1 gallon and just feed the ever loving shit out of it. But this plant has been so strong and vigorous I don't want it to become root bound and limit it's potential. She is 15 days old.

Let it ride. Painful ripping the roots off a fabric bag. But looking good. Big improvement

As soon as the leaves have crossed the boundary of the pot you can assume the roots will be also. If that's a fabric pot, I agree with @JP1 and wouldn't transfer. You will most like do more damage then is good for her. Let her ride out and if she's any good, run her again in a bigger pot :pass:

Yes I will let her ride. I have been thinking about using a different nutrient company next round. Any suggestions? I was looking at the Canna A+B anyone have success with Canna nutes?

I've just started using h&g coco a and b this run and liking it. Much better results, at least so far, mid flower, first run, then I ever got with megacrop and Athena to this point. Ran the megacrop and Athena for a year each. Think I paid like $60 for both of these 1 gallons and I'm only about 1/4 of the way through each with a 9 plant run so far. This is everything that I'm using for the whole grow
