Mephisto Genetics Mephisto Monday - Limited Edition Release

Thank you that’s a real positive start, after reading up a tone I’m totally impressed by the comments and opinions of members who have grown Mephisto.
Im currently growing out a few FastBuds in a freezing shed for some winter Fun, but im quickly getting itchy fingers holding these New packs of seeds.. Problem is I still also have my Afghan Kush Ryder to grow out, If we could just get a change in Law here in the forbidden kingdom I would be all over the place like a kid in a candy shop..

So, I just finished a 3BOG and I figured I'd chime in. I made multiple operating errors along the way and ended up with over an ounce from her. She initially suffered from overwatering, all of her leaves yellowed and got major droop so I pulled her out of the soil in her root riot cube, damaging her roots in the process.

Set her up on the counter to toss when I got up from the tent but forgot, and hubby shoved her out of the way while getting ready for work so then I really forgot. Few days later I spotted her and while all her main leaves had died off she had pushed out her new growth and looked like this! It was day 15.

She actually ended up thriving for where she was at in the solo and I ended up transplanting her to a 1 gallon.

Where she chugged along quite nicely until Christmas weekend, when I neglected to open the tent for two days and we had a heat spike, which led to her getting Kentucky fried extra crispy style.

That was *after* I took off the worst of it, which was dry enough to bag when I took it off the plant and was 18g trimmed.
Ended up harvesting the rest of her on Monday, trimmed her up last night, and bagged another 12g. This is what she looked like at harvest. Awful, right?

So 30g total from a plant that was headed for the the garbage. And its not just like meh, made it to harvest, decent smoke. I have vaped the first cut some and it is an instant body tingle muscle relaxing feels like I'm melting kind of smoke. Can't wait to see what the more mature buds are like to smoke. The first cut was surprisingly smooth with a tasty flavor, surprising considering the buds had dried on the plant and had a bit of that "dried too fast hay" kinda smell.

Anyhow, all that to say the the 3BOG is an awesome smoke and as long as you don't accidentally almost kill it multiple times over you should be able to get some really nice buds from it.

Here is my CDLC harvested 70 days from sprout. Gave me 2.5 oz of fire out of a 3 gallon pot that was in overstuffed tent.

That’s one Awesome tale to tell, experience like this are the way I remember things messing about in the 90s. Trying to dry out Bud on a radiator…I’m sure I don’t need to explain..

That sounds like my kind of plant, im definitely not a technical gardener, I like a plant to experience a real world environment.
Also I really liked your description of the product so thanks for that information…and photos.

Thanks lol. I definitely will be running her again, with a hopefully less traumatic life for her next time. I'd like to be able to actually do her justice. Resilient little plant though!

I'm not around here much anymore, but let me stop by and say Creme da la Chem is the shit!!! It's my favorite strain, (Mephisto or any other breeder)! I'm not saying it's as good as the old school 70s weed, but in my 6 yrs of growing autos ... it's the best I've grown and I haven't stopped growing her since the 1st time I grew her out! There's no doubt she will always have a space in my grow room!
