I have attached metal shelving and I see people making things currently I use little plastic risers and trays so I can test my stuff but it would keep things off the pot for you and maybe get a bit more airflow to the roots.

Don't have to worry about that with autopots...

Hell no!!! Anybody can use these things!!! Its all about having your nute mix right... I don't know if anyone has ever used soil in them so I cant say anything about that but with coco/tupur its easy as hell!!! Just fill the res and it does the rest!!!

I’m not one to argue with science. However there are some hemp plants that’s frosty as heck. They they don’t get you high.
The sad part is most people can’t tell the difference in smoking a hemp or a thc strain. People politely described as” daytime smoke”.
