Ive got another GW running in my setting up for success thread. Also a chemdogging they were a test run for this new seed bank I went with HDSC. But anyways that one is around 23 days old and its growth is very nice with long internode distances which I like personally. I like tall stretchy plants! Both of them started to flower at day 21 so thats a good sign for me since I didnt finish in the first round my plant went on for like 2 weeks after the comp was over. Ill probably do some breeding with the 3rd seed this winter.I really liked the sour livers that I grew the last round super skunky and potent but none of the 7 plants I grew of it were very big at all and only 2 out of the 7 Toof decay grew which I still think that was the seed banks fault not mephisto I struggled with every seed I got from that place.

So you like tall ladies ..... Reminds me of an old song ......

I'll be calling September 1 day 1 for these guys. The AvT isn't up yet, these two Deez Nuggs are likely my contenders. Here they are right after rockwool cubes got planted in small pots.

That's the very last bowl of the Orange Diesel that got us to the final for scale.

I was really hoping for the AvT, but it's a pretty old seed. They were the first Mephisto seeds I ever bought, I'll hold out that it pops - but I'm not optimistic and I think that one of the Deez Nuggs are clearly more interested in being my comp plant.

Hope AvT pops, don’t give up - while not much experiencing with weed seeds I have seen vegetable seeds pop 4 weeks after planted, to my surprise.....

Seems Mephisto is taking a hit on their releases and stock - lack of access to credit card provider no doubt has hurt .... I got lucky and ordered seeds before the no credit card hit ..... Seems like the US is taking two steps forward and three steps back, sigh.

That's the only way I buy seeds is or nething online I use a pre paid debit card why how ever much I need so it can't be over drafted or stolen ect that's why I haven't got certain genetics and such

I use regular credit card, in fact Citi double cash back card, I get 2% cash back on every purchase ..... that way I get my seeds at cheapest price - on a $150 purchase I get $3 back and it adds up ..... No worries about overdraft or stolen numbers I watch account closely and fraud department will handle any bad charges ......

for those using debit cards, not a prepaid like yours but the common debit card risk loosing their entire balance as debit cards are not protected against fraud like credit cards .... if a thief gets your PIN number they can empty your entire account and bank won’t give you fraud protection, you will loose al your monies .....

And I won’t buy from second party retailer, only from the breeder - just the way I roll.

Light is important and the correct amount is very important ..... Seedlings and young plants require less than when in flower .....

A PAR Meter will help make sure you are in the sweet zone ...... Currently my new borns are getting about 185-190 PPFD and as they grow up the number will increase .....

Here’s a pic along with a chart of recommendation of approximate PPFD Readings to strive for

Folks with a PAR meter will find value for sure in the chart .....

My first girl popped up and started growing a little leggy and I thought better check the light so pulled out meter and sure enough light level was down around 125 so I dialed in little more light with the meter ..... Will watch over next day and see if I can slowly increase light level - gotta be careful with the youngsters....

The meter was, for sure, an investment but with such a high value crop I considered it worthwhile .......
