The Goldilocks Zone day 1 :coffee2:

She was planted into a nice patch of Wallace Organic Wonder mycorrhizae, a little bit of Great White dusted in, and a nice portion of Plant Probiotics. I am about to start a light compost tea to help get some more life into the soil...top of the other pots have been getting too dried out. I believe I messed up when I set the blumats in the other 4 pots I have...soil was not properly drenched I believe, so I have been having issues getting them all calibrated in the right zone..:stir:

What do you use to make ur tea from ?

I use stuff from around the house to make a tea! I use banana peels n rotten bananas, old coffee grounds, then I pulverize farm fresh egg shells, and add bat guano and mix for 24 hours with an air stone!

Right now I am following this recipe from tad Hussey @KIS (bottom recipe not the top one!)

I am using Mammoth P, KiS fungal compost in place of the worm castings in this recipe, everything else is the same...(other than the *organic* alfalfa lol mines not certified organic)..you could also substitute molasses for the "Microbe Catalyst" if you don't have that (another kis product) all of these ingredients are ridiculously affordable by the way. Also using BioAg Ful-Power like 100ml per 5gal I believe.

Every now and then I will do something different though. For example, I will do earthworm castings, molasses, and alfalfa meal instead of the kis ingredients. I was practicing on my cucumbers and sunflowers this summer at the old house lol so I got a good feel for mixing but never looked at anything under a microscope.

Feed the soil!

I think that would be more the realm of nutrient tea. Have you been able to see any noticable difference from the things like eggshells and banana peels? No doubt the bat guanos are doing something good, but normally the rest of the ingredients you listed would need to be composted to really have a great effect on the soil. Not knocking your methods at all I am really just curious.

If you are making fermented plant/fruit juices please share your methods I've been interested in knf but it seems a bit too much for a newbie to grasp right now.
