Can anyone here ask
@stan_mephisto or any Meph crew to address my concerns publicly. I feel its rather telling that I'm posting these complaints and no one from the Mephisto team is refuting them.
They drove me insane for 8 months. I spent 6 months trying to get some of their seeds, took a day off work and set an alarm, logged in on 2 computers and I finally caught a couple packs and paid them $220.
-2 months later, seeds never came.
-Spent over a week trying to get a response off them to no avail (Reddit forums/Private chats/their own website)
-Had to post my complaints publicly on all the boards to get a response (Then they responded in less than 1 hour)
-They just sent me a tracking number (When I checked the tracking number, it said my carrier never received the goods from them)
-Then when I highlighted their F-up, they just said "sorry, we don't have them seeds anymore"
-I complained on public Meph board today and
u/stan_mephisto replied publicly saying their carrier lost my order. He also said they're not reshipping because I kept asking all the staff where my 2 month old missing order was.
The 1 day off work cost me way more than the entire order. Now it looks like I'll have to spend at least another 8 months and take another few days off work before I get 1 seed. It's absolutely infuriating and they couldn't care less. Am I the only one who's had these problems?
