US orders ship out of the US. Mephisto has a shipping depot/seed warehouse in the US to handle US orders that are placed using their .com website store. Otherwise they ship out of Spain to the rest of the world. And now they can ship out of Canada too. Pretty damn excellent if you ask me. Get rid of the middleman.

That is great news. I feel like buying some just because I can now. But there is no stock on the strains I want/need, so going to hold off for now.

I agree, this is so sweet! No more sweating, waiting, wondering if your order is going to get through customs. I ordered on Friday and got my beans Tuesday. Tracking them, they should have been here Monday but I think my postman must have feckered off early for a pint.

MEPHISTO CANADA STORE NOW OPEN

Canadian MephHeads, rejoice! It's become a reasonably common complaint over the last year or two that our packages to Canada can take anywhere from 5 days to 5 weeks or more to arrive. We decided a while ago to try with a Canadian distributor through our regular store, but we aren't immune to the shipping delays either. So we might be sitting on fresh stock in Spain and the US, but we couldn't put it in stock in store because it hadn't yet reached Canada. That left us with a bit of a dilemma, with the most obvious solution being opening a separate Canadian store.

The process is all the same from the Canada store in terms of ordering and receiving your payment instructions etc. The only difference being that items will be in stock in Canada that aren't in stock elsewhere and vice-versa (for example, there's still some Orange Diesel to be had for you Canucks!)

Brad, is the Canadian site going to have the same offerings at the .com site? Like the new Illuminautos. They are on the .com site as dropping in August, but not listed on the .ca Canadian site.

I'd like to just order from the .ca site instead of having to order some beans from Spain and some from Canada if you can make that happen. Also hoping you guys can keep the .ca site up to date like the .com site. I know it's double the work probably, but us Canadians don't like to be considered second class citizens compared to the US boys. After all, we kicked their ass in the last war!

The issue we have is the shipping times to Canada. I can guarantee restocks getting to the US in 5-7 days. Canada might be 5-7 days but is equally as likely to be 5-7 weeks, if not longer. It's impossible for us to co-ordinate promotions and new drops with such unpredictable time frames. We'll continue on as normal doing promos from the .com store and when stock arrives in Canada we can make it available in that store too. It's the best we can do with the unpredictable nature of Spain -> Canada mail services

Understandable not being able to do the drops with that kind of shipping. Pretty messed up actually. Seems Canada’s customs may not be the tightest run ship may need to be looked into. Lol.
