This being my second grow, I haven't attempted that yet. We'll see how tall these girls get. I have plenty of head room though. 6'11" tent that extends to 7'11" if need be. What was the purpose of it for you? Did you find benefits?
I was growing Mephisto plants w/ the potential to grow tall that I wanted to stay medium height ... I over did it a little but it kept them short and fat ... just a little fatter than I wanted and the outer branches pushed up against the walls of the grow which I think caused them to be weak ....

I Supercrop when I feel the need. If you don't snap your branch (you will most likely once or twice. And sometimes occasionally...)it can actually make branches stronger by forming kind of a hard knuckle or larger passageways for nutrient uptake/water . Also helpful for an even canopy.
Has anyone else noticed the purple on my stems of Charlotte, and purple on the lead tips of Ophelia? I'm not sure of this is a genetic train of AU or if this is a phosphorus deficiency.
Day 16
I had to work a 12 hour today and didn't have time to undo the ponytail. Charlotte wasn't very happy with me, but oh well. Slight bit of LST and heavy leaf tucking tonight. It's not pretty but it will get the job done. Slight light adjustment so they're not on top of each other.
Apologies for the amount of updates guys, but I use my journals as references to look back on for future grows. Charlotte is really enjoying alternating light LST and ponytailing. Last night during ponytailing, I did 6 hours of intense light on one side and 6 hours on the other. The amount of growth over night was unreal. I undid her this morning and raised the lights back up. Im going to give her a break for the day and may go back to a light LST tonight. I'm going to keep at this until I start seeing some stretch (day 25ish maybe?) @A-Train
