New Grower medical law

i'm writing a proposed MMJ law. heres my ideas to keep big biz out. no person, entity, corp or co-op may own or operate more than 1 dispensary. no dispensary can grow more than 50% of its medicine. all medicine bought by a dispensary must be grown in the county it is sold in. a caretaker can only grow for 5 patients. patients may grow up to 12 plants for themselves and up to 12 plants under contract for a dispensary. a five percent sales tax at the dispensary will be split between the city and county school budgets in that county. the tax cannot be used for any thing else. any other ideas, suggestions or disagreements are welcome. i have a lawyer and a state level legislator who are gonna help me with the actual writing and then i will submit it to NORML and try and get the ball rolling to get it on a referendum.

sshhhhh, hey stoner if the big corporations hear that, they'll send somebody over to shoot ya. any way you look at it, in my opinion...if the government of this country, and the greedy corporations that run it, has their hand or say so in anything you, or i, as the "little guy" is doing... you just know for sure they'll figure out how to screw the sh!t outta us. corporate greed controls these stupid laws against the people...as usual. lawful, or illegal...i'll just stay secret!

i hear ya. i used to be a medical grower in Colorado and watched them change the law and fuck the little guy. thats why im not there anymore. if we made sure the laws were written right in the first place and voted on by the people in a referendum and not by the legislators then maybe they wouldnt change them once there law. the laws that are in effect are so ambiguous that they get changed in the big corps favor.
