What about hydro? I use rock wool cause it's inert and will hold my seedling secure, what's the alternative?

Oooh I didn't think of that, I will ponder this matter. Have you tried the Oasis cubes? Thank you for the Insight on rockwool, it has vexed me recently.:slap:

Thanks med man. Hey I am using the massage technique on my white train autos. They still are in the veg stage but I can see a difference in the growth pattern. The plants are taking on a candelabra shape instead of a christmas tree shape. I dont actually crush them until they bend, just until I feel yeilding within the stem. Faster recovery and I still get accelerated growth on the unaffected branches.

yes,

the shock treatments aka shock messaging is just twisting and bending. not only does it activate plant immunity, but opens more of the plant up to light and air. within a week the stocks wont even be effected by pm or other mold or fungus. the cell walls are too callust. just like out boines would

If you want simple and effective, take a look at my KISS soil mix. The pics say it all! Here's a link to the post:

I've had great luck with Ronin's method using root riot peat cubes, but I really want to cut out ALL peat use in my grows as it's not sustainable or environmentally friendly. A reliable, proven coco method from a master grower is just what I needed to start phasing out once I finish up this tray of root riots! Thanks so much for the post, med-man!
