Mephisto Genetics Mcdee's Forgotten Cookies

Welcome to anyone who wants to come along for this ride. It's been about 2yrs since I grew me some Mephisto and that's just to long! So I put some other nice genetics on hold and delved into my Mephisto collection. That's was no small task, I have 29 strains to narrow down to 1. Deez Nuggz was a serious contender so was Double Grape, but after going through them all I grabbed Forgotten Cookies. She will be sharing the tent with a Bluedreamatic. Here is what I'm using...

Grow tent 2'x4'x5'
Platinum led p150 - weeks 1-3 & 6-12
3 autocobs - all 3 will be on by week 4
3gal Rain Science grow bags with grommets
Biobizz lite
Greenleaf Nutrients - MC, BE, SC, Calmag
R/O water
Nectar for the Gods Olympus Up
Phresh filter

I think that it at least for now. I skipped the very beginning and pick up on day 17. She is a little small due to a huge gnat infestation lol. I haven't given any water trying to get rid of the bastards. I never had so many, I put up a fly strip and it ended up on the Bluedreamatic. I dont know if I should cut the leaves off it left goo on and some gnats hahaha.

I had thoughts of topping her but got late and was afraid of her being a monster and outgrow the tent. I will lst and supercrop her and go from there.

Day 23

They're both tied down and will be until the end. This should be an easy grow with Mephisto genetics I dont have to do a lot they tend to just about grow themselves.

Lol, that's due to I heard they're light sensitive and I got a lot of light in the tent. 3 autocobs and the p150 may be to much but like the UV light from the p150. Just giving them some in beginning and then again in flower. Saving a little money ain't a bad thing either.

Hey bud glad you stop by, got me a terrible gnat infestation. Was just checking it and got my hair in the fly tape wtf! No pics of that tho hahaha. I will be tying her down more today and some water as well. I will post pics up later after kids are at school.

Ok, so I took the fly tape down just covered! Still a few floating around but I'm tired of getting caught in it lol. That stuff is gross when it's in your hair.

It covered all the way up never seen so many, well over 100. Normally it's like 5 of them. So I watered them roots are looking for some bad, coming out all over bottom and sides.

Havent watered in like 3-5 days due to gnats and forced them roots to search. Should quench their thirst both took about a gallon. I turned on the center autocob and turned off the p150. I will add the p150 again in flower probably just the red but will wait and see how they are doing. 3 autocobs and the p150 may be to much light in this size of a tent, but like the UV light from the p150 so want to use too. Also save a little bit of money wont hurt either. I tied them down and did some supercropping.

I had the top tied down, but it looked weak and didnt want it to snap. I will let her grow a little bit and reattach. I gotta remember to use restraint with them. I can get to aggressive and lose a bud site or 2 lol.

Day 28

So I got something going on some of the fan leaves. I think it's from when I broke up some mosquito dunks, some dust got on them. Mess some up bad, but she is still going.

Lesson learned when using that stuff, but shouldn't have to worry about the gnats anymore. Did some more lst and supercropping. These are from Friday night.

Day 30

So it's a bogo on updates tonight lol. Wasnt feeling strong about the feed I gave her last time. Its was older than I like to keep thanks to all the gnats and ph was a little high so just to be safe I gave her a mini flush. I dont flush my plants, but i will flush my soil if I think there may be an issue. It wasnt a full flush, only gave her 1 gal r/o water with calmag and ph up. Not sure necessary but I dont want my ph get out of whack. Starting to crank her down now that she can handle more.

@Mizzo81 when you got time stop on by. I got about a week and a half left until I switch to bloom. All downhill from here...
