That's OK, do you have any suggestions about the warranty?

I do not,all companies have a different length warranties that coveres different parts or issues,im sure what Mars decides or uses will be fair..some people use blind faith and price to upgrade,but in doing so,they would like the reassurance of knowing that any compamy stands behind their products and has great customer service,much like Mars has!!

I run cobs and I just keep my lights at 24 inches from the closest plant.. the smaller plants that are further away get plenty of light and catch up. Most led's they want 36 inches during veg personally I do not think that autos have a veg period they are automatically in flower mine usually show sex by day 16 to 20.. do you really think that any kind of light cycle will make them veg any different?

We would recommend our customer hanging distance is
Seedling:24”-30“ above the plants
Growth:18”-24“ above the plants
Bloom:12"-18 "above the plants
not the same hanging distance in different stage

@MarshydroTina do you guys plan on any type of COB tech in the future? If so what are the plans and how do you plan on dealing with the heat?

take price as the second thing, have you found we recommend our Mars Pro series very less? it has strong functions, remote control, control different spectrum separately , timer, humidity test,etc, a lot useful functions build in, as we think that that is best light and customers will like it. but the truth is , too many functions controlled by procedure , it will get problem easily and customers can not handle it, our repair center can not handle it . Any problem, we have to get it ship back to China, that is the biggest problem our customers will get. K3 or K5, they are remote control I have heard the same problem, lights are out of control, it will not do what you want them to. plants will be not happy. so I do not think K3 is a great light to choice . besides, you want to save money, if you buy their light, you can not save money, very expensive. they are made in China too, not worth to pay more.

So your products are made in china?
