Starting to flow in here...

Maybe a little late but I've grown a couple under some Mars II 400w eq.. If I was a better grower at the times, I could've had some bigger yields, but the lights have worked great over the years!!!

I run cobs and I just keep my lights at 24 inches from the closest plant.. the smaller plants that are further away get plenty of light and catch up. Most led's they want 36 inches during veg personally I do not think that autos have a veg period they are automatically in flower mine usually show sex by day 16 to 20.. do you really think that any kind of light cycle will make them veg any different?

They do not respond to changes in light cycle. They move from a vegative state to flowering independently of light. "autoflower" just means the plant is photoperiod insensitive and categorized as day-neutral. Short day and long day plants shift the meristems from veg to flower mode based on length of night time. For a short-day plant like cannabis the longer the night, the more build up of light sensitive compounds (CO proteins) and trigger production of the hormone florigen, which induces flowering. In ruderalis strains the morphologic trigger mechanism is different. It has to do with the same proteins but the feedback loop is not caused by light, but some other aspect of circadian rythyms. Intersting is that this all happens inside the leaves, and the florigen is transported by phloem to the meristems.

I run my lights 24 hours.. and my point is that there really is not a veg time on these auto flowers therefore running veg lights and switching to bloom is irrelevant with these plants..

yes, we have a plan on COB. CREE CXB3590 or Bridgelux vero series, we are testing, have not make decision yet. As to the heat, our engineer team will solve it, they do not tell me .

I'Ll have two questions, if I can.

1. How did a chinese company start out building grow LED lights for, what seems to be the case, primarily cannabis cultivation? (Even though you do not propagate it as such). We all learned about how the great chinese philosophers, clerks and doctors discovered, used and documented the effects of cannabis thousands of years ago, but we never hear about cannabis cultivation in modern china at all.

2. Do you plan on building LED panels comparable to the ones that are currently being made and sold in the US? Stuff like the "Perfect sun goliath" or "Kind LED"? The continental european grow scene is awfully devoid of quality, brandname LED grow lights.

There is a market for this product, that is why we make grow light. We have a lot types of marijuana. We have marijuana for cloth , for food oil now. but we do not have marijuana for smoking. our government took smoking marijuana as drug, like ice. it is forbidden to use.

98% LED grow light are made in China, Kind LED included. they are only US brand and sell at much higher price, that's it.
