Currently the APP temperature & humidity control and timer cannot coexist, and under the temperature and humidity control, checked sockets will automatically trigger, but unchecked sockets will automatically turn off after the trigger. This is something we are already working on from the program to solve, and the current updates are also for this purpose. I'm sorry to bring you a bad experience, after the update is finished, the device will be more clear and more reasonable in logic.
If you want to return the device, please contact our customer service to handle it for you. Thanks again for your feedback.

Lights were just off again so it’s getting unplugged. Weird too that the polar plug is opposite on one side?

TS1000 needs tilted slightly down a bit at one side. Don't want and uneven PAR lol

They only included one ratchet hanger, I’ll add another for control

I wonder if that socket is wired out of phase. Its unusable for a 3 prong plug.

The neutral is supposed to be the longer slot.

Glad I’m being safe and removing it.

One positive is it showed me that the FCe-3000 was only pulling 157w and has a faulty dimmer that won’t operate with a controller. So now that’s offline too until I get warranty sorted.

I'm currently running 2 x TS1000's in my 3 x 5.

Run 2 tents mate, I would keep 1 for the older ladies and 1 for the younger 1s.
Then once the older ladies have been chopped move over the younger ladies and start the cycle again lol
