So I opened one of the tents to find the light wasn't on! Checked the timer, ok! Gave the power cord a wiggle and could hear arcing at the T connector!
I took it apart and checked for a loose connection, everything was tightish!
I then removed the wires and found the ends were covered in solder, which they shouldn't by with this type of connection! And the wire had been pushed too far in so the screw was going through the insulation and making contact with the wire there which has led to it overheating and becoming brittle eventually leading to it failing!
This was on both the live and neutral main supply wires!
Hi Mikis, I’m sorry to hear that. Which model is it? We will help you to solve the problem

It's the TSW2000! I have it working again, I stripped the wires back a bit and reconnected them! I know this would probably void the warrenty but I couldn't leave the plants without any light!

Today's Topic Mars Hydro SP 250.

Comparing to the old tech-led chips, our new SP 250 are using new SMD chips, they can be made 2~5w/pc, but we make them 0.5~0.8w/pc, and they have the same efficiency as the bigger wattage ones, thus saving a lot of energy for you. ;) Helping you get longer lifespan lights and higher growing results.

If you just cut a short piece of wire, it won't affect the warranty. Please let me know if you still need help.
