Hey everyone I have a question and would love your advice. I got my second new style 5w Mars 300 light and I am looking to move from my closet to a tent. I just think it might be easier. Questions: 1) which tent and what size do you recommend for 2-4 plants per cycle. 2) do you think I would need intake/exhaust fans or is it possible to run a tent without them?

I would get one more 300 watt light a 4 by 4 foot tent 6 foot tall. Try and get one that is 600 d oxford exterior any thinner and a good to great chance they will rip . A 6 inch inline fan and a filter to match you can open up the vents in the bottom for passive air intake or get a 4 inch inline fan vent huge amounts of air into the tent.

I have 2 of the 300 LED's now, do I need 3 or was I not clear that I had 2? Other than that it sounds good. Sort of along the lines I was thinking. Appreciate the input!!

That will do two 300 watt lights but you will want a third to take care of any low light areas that might appear but with three you will have a wicked amount of coverage simple as that

One last question - which would you recommend - a new style 300 or a 48 reflector from their website?

Thank you dcat0921 for the question and Fairlynew for the answer. :smoking: Really appreciated that when I am not here, still someone can help me. :pighug:
For your space 4x4, you already have two 300w lights now, which means you only get around 18w/sft. If you wanna grow better, you will need at least 30w/sft, which means you can add another 180w (actual power) light, you can add one old model 300w or one 400w Mars II :d5: , If money is not allowed, add the 300w old model is fine

Like the new website. Think I'm going to go with 2 400 mars ll to help out in my 6x5 room. Already have 1 4x8 bulb t5 fixture.
