Indoor Marshydro 300w for veg and flower ?

So I have 5 one week old lady's currently vegging under 2 125w actual watt cfls this is usually how i veg my seedlings then switch to marshydro for flowering

but my question is can I use my 2 marshydro 300w 180 actual watt each for veg and flower I have been looking round the net for info on this and I have hit a brick wall would vegging under my marshydros be better for my girls or should I stick with my cfls

Any info will be apreciated I am tempted to experiment but i want the best for my girls and vegging with cfls seems to do a good job but will the Mars be better

For any one who wants to know the lady's are 1x fastbuds Girl Scout cookie 1x vision seeds blueberry bliss 1x auto seeds berry Ryder 2x budda seeds red dwarf

Yes you can use your mars lights now because they are full spectrum and good for both veg and flower.Keep them at 24 inches from plants at first and move them closer when they start to flower.

You can begin with full spectrum right from the time that you plant seeds. That is no problem and I've done it a lot.

I'm not to keen on them for veg at the minute my plants are tiny there like little bushes my last crop vegged under cfls where twice the size i was impressed with the marshydro during flower on my last grow my buds where huge and dense just hope my lady's pack on some hight before they start to flower

Just been to check on them and found a male red dwarf in two minds on what to do should I kill it or collect some pollen and cross breed I'm to lazy so will prob just kill it
