Mars Hydro August Giveaway -- Mars Pro II Epistar 160

Now I feel especially bad! LOL

I did state that I was getting tents from Mars. I thought the expansion was implied. At the moment, nothing else but the budget has expanded LOL. But it really doesn't matter as the whole process is part of the fun. Everyone joins knowing its a slim chance. Like the lottery of some sort.

About smoking the competition, I wouldn't say that at all. I got lucky with some and not so much with others is how I'd describe it! I actually don't expect it'll happen again tbh.

Really appreciate being your 3rd choice too. Really!

You can change your lights, but if your temps are that high you need to solve the bigger problem. You need cooler ambient temps and better airflow. And anyone can put a thermometer up on their filter to read higher temps and could even turn the fan off to increase temps to "win" light. Check the bottom of the tent and canopy level temps. They can be drastically different than the top where heat rises. If your temps are that high in the bottom, then you should get a larger tent, that would help to decrease temps as well. A LED light should help to decrease temps a little bit, but venting the tent heat output correctly and decreasing ambient temps should be your main concern. If your ambient temps are good, but the tent is too high... That means you need better airflow. Unless you are trying to put a 600 watt HPS in a 2x2 and are venting in the same room, your real problem is not your lighting. Lowering your ambient temps is the first step in the right direction. Of course HPS puts out more heat, but if your temps are that high in the tent, you need better airflow and lower temps in your place. Without that, a new light is not the solution.
