anyone ever used this light? I have a small cabinet using cfl's and think I want to upgrade.if anyone has experience with one of these any feedback would be much appreciated.im concerned about heat and noise or if I should consider something else. im torn between this or a mars 2 400w or a growblu 225w ufo.

I have the 48x3W 150w uses 108w actual i use to veg photos i love it.

I also have 4 of the 300w panels not the reflectors and would recommend those as well.

Their a good company honor the warranty and great price for the quality

thanks for the reply. im a total newb and need all the reassurance I can get

it's a little small, 4 foot x 2 foot x 4 foot tall. but actual usable space is 42 inches' x 20 inches' floor space.

Thats not to small you can still do 3-4 nice fully grown Autos in there without being to crammed.

Id recommend getting the 300w panel 3w diodes by Marshydro (the white panels).
Or for really over kill two of them.

You can fi d them onebay for $97 for 1 or like $180ish for two

I agree, a 300 - 400 watt light will work well in that size space. One of my Topled 300 watt LED lights covers that amount of space perfectly.

I have a Mars II 400 watt in that size space and it works great for autos. I'd recommend any of the Mars-Hydro lights, they are a great company :bong:

If the 94x3w is the green 2 panel one with the growth and bloom buttons on it then I'm pretty pleased with it after 2 weeks.
Scored one for cheap on a popular auction site and it's outshining my 250w cfl by a long way (even considering it's a 300w). No noticeable stretching that I got with the cfls (long due new bulbs to be fair to it).

In a grow space maybe 60w/60d/200h it's the only light, heat seems to be a non issue..you can rest your hand on top of the unit or hold it right near the leds with very little heat. There's a slight hum from 2 fans in it but they're so quiet my ruck fan/filter and regular fan drowns them out easily.

Only possible negative I'd mention is you can't just have the bloom turned on, the growth needs to be on for the fans to work..not sure if bloom alone makes enough heat to damage anything internal. Haven't taken the risk personally, I'm happy with growth and bloom on so far.
