Outdoor Maria's Spring Madness: SS Jack 47, Mandarin XL, Dark Devil, FB Green Crack, G14, C-4, DP AutoMazar

Hey everyone.

Have really busy lately. But sampling a different strain every day.
Yesterday to today has been the Sweet Seeds Jack 47.

Last few days have gone through, in this order:

1. Mandala Safari photo pheno [HASHTAG]#2[/HASHTAG] - afghanica / indica
2. Mandala Safari photo pheno [HASHTAG]#1[/HASHTAG] - hybrid
3. SS Dark Devil
4. FB C4
5. FB Green Crack
6. SS Cream Mandarine XL
7. FB G14
8. SS Jack 47

and still have the other two breeders' later plants to go:

9. MoC Blue Amnesia
10. DP Mazar

Would like to write nice reviews, but too busy, no time.

Then tried to do some fancy photos, with my new phone camera.
Camera is much better, obviously.
Lighting wasn't good, so I plugged in my 17W 4 spectrum LED.
To the eye, the light in the center is a nice pure white.
But then the colors separate out on the edges.
And then there's the special effects....
Kind of give a bad psychedelic effect, hahahaahhh!!

They're not good photos, but thought I'd share anyway.

You can see that these are quite battered.
The first plants down, the drying situation was not prepared.
The long white hairs are from a local plant's flowers that are all over the fields.
They just stick to the buds.....

This was the top bud of the little midget DD.
One of the few larger top buds that I didn't have to totally cut up to dry.

Can't really see her red here. The colors are all wrong..... :(

5. FB Green Crack

Still very green. Frosty little lady.

You can see that I don't trim that hard or close.
I like to leave some leaf on the outside, to protect in packaging.
When I come to cutting buds for smoking, I just throw out the outer leaf.
Luxury of having your own supply. Haha.

More to come, later.
Need to finishing testing the Blue Amnesia -- hmmm, she smells delicious,
and the Mazar -- preparing for the famous afghani stone here.........

Lots of love and hugs,
MJS

Looks killer!!!! I wish I could try it!!:pass:

You can see that the buds are quite loose and airy, not thick like indoor heads or strong light outdoor plants.
It was mainly the weather. Heavy fog and rain and rain and rain and fog for four weeks almost at the end.
But, despite that, these tops are nicely crystalized. And now they are curing up a bit, too.

Jack 47 -- sneaky munchies attack!!!! My stomach is having some regrets, haha!!!

The Blue Amnesia was very nice all yesterday.
Did a lot of positive work that day.
And today is the last sample of all, the Mazar.
So first sparked up not long after breakfast, now coffee.
She's supposed to be a heavy indica hit,
but I harvested her at 9 weeks, which is very early for a Mazar.
So, hoping it will be an up indica.
So far she seems that way!!

Happy day, AFN crew!!

I like your trim style

funky weather, you ever get a semi-dry season? Will your new location give you more dry? Tropical mountainside, high above a tropical sea, sounds juicy to me. For me, it's not the the size, shape, color, or density of the bud, but, is she bearing resin? Well done canna guerilla warrior! and thank you for sharing your life and light with us! Cheers grogal
