Extraction Making oil for vap

I hope I'm posting this correctly and posting in the right place.I am not new AFN been trolling and have learned to grow off of the folks grow journals.And for that I am very grateful for this site.
Now I do consider myself new still cause every grow,for me ,is always different so that means I'm always learning something new.But for some reason I cannot get my head around making oil at home for the purpose of vaping,but the more I read the more I learn there so much more one can do when it's in oil form.
I am a mother with children and I've been a bit worried to make this cause most places I read they always have a statement stating "Warning".
Is there anyone that can tell me a method that isn't so dangerous?Or tell me where I may look so that I can try my hand at making the oil. Everytime I think I found the right info, after processing the info I find that some of the info doesn't make sense or there is some key ingredient missing. If there is someone on this group that has an easy method that may share with me as far as ingredients, how much ,temps,how long?I would be very grateful. 8 know that this alot to ask ,especially to sit and type all the info that I'm asking about,but again I would be grateful,or even point me to the right places where I can find the true info.

Seems the safest way to make your own oil. If u choose this route don’t get the water distiller but spend the money and get the better alcohol distiller. With this machine u can also make your own organic alcohol to use and it also recaptures about 80% of the alcohol used and can be reused. Safety first when dealing with high proof alcohol.

Thank you I saw this video and actually looked at a couple times.The model that this person used in the video is not showing got sale anymore.But km sure one similar to this one will do the exact same thing.

I have not but @HemiSync does. Amazon has a nice model for $250. Will be safer using machine made for alcohol it works at a lower temp. I will be getting all components needed to go this route.

I think I'd go with the vg(vegetable glycerine) method for a ecig type vape pen if safety is a concern with alcohol.

I like the second option better.Im thinking that confusion I'm having is what happens after one squeezes out and gets the oil.Which is the right liquid to add to make it so its vapable?I read where to much of VG is not good for all pens and then I e read where that is all one uses.
I wish it was just slightly easier for the simple minded as myself,lol.I guess I good base is 50/50
