Hey guys,

I’m about to start my rookie grow in a small 2 x 2 x 4 using small autos, and know that I’m going to need to do some good training to keep the plant short given my limited headspace.

What are the pros and cons of using traditional LST with tie downs, or using SCROG netting?

Is one technique better than another for training autos in a small tent?

Thanks guys, very much appreciated!

You can always tie down to the webbing on the screen itself to kind of direct growth in the direction that you want each branch to go. Once it makes it across a square you can tuck under/over if you want. So, basically both tying and scrogging are both methods of LST. I hope that makes sense.
