LST - How to, info, guide.

Yes bending your stems is one form of LST. That is called supercropping. Its not a good thing to do with autoflowers due to the short life span they have they cannot recover fully from that injury. However with photo periods it works well. Tying works well for autos because it doesnt cause any harm to the plants structure. Tying is low stress and bending is high stress.

hey great thread dude! i have just put a RRF in soil off center in pot to LST, :D my question is when should i start lsting the plant?? :toke:

Hey got green sorry I didn't see this sooner Man. I would suggest lst when she begins to flower. I normally pull the newly forming flowers out from under the fan leaves so they can receive some light. I would say around day 20 is just a general time.

Was lookin through AFN and came across this thread, exactly what I was lookin for. . . Them ladies look great :smoke:
I'm growing Auto-Blueberry and it's still early days (7 days now haha :D) but I was wondering when is it safe to start LST? I only have a small space and need to keep the plant small. . Is there any problems/danger doing this?

Great guide btw :smoke:

im having the same situation as you.. my seedling were place to far... and grew to long... the results are the stem are not strong enough to support the leaves...
so i got no choice but to LST them... prayed and did it.. pulled the stem down... to the side of the pot.. and.. they recovered instantly .. turn their leaves back to the light by a couple of hours.. :)

as long as the true leaves are out... i think is fine.. :D

please correct me if im wrong... still a real newbie in LST..

You are correct. I turn mine daily to make them "look" for the light. Cfl's placement can also be really helpful to. :2cents:
