Hi guys , grab a beer and roll a joint I have a bit of a yarn here , I am starting to understand low stress training - and extreme stress training as well a foliar spraying . now I have seen all the pretty photos but was unsure about it . So I had a bit of a practice in my veggie garden with my tomatoes . I also played around with soil , Wow what a eye opener , 1st up the training , I see now how the yield will increase by LST and how far to pressure the branch , which brings me to EST extreme training , which I broke some branches , oh bugger I thought , oh well lets see what they do , well bugger me they just keep on growing .

Ok where were we , yep I know . Now at the moment we have a unseasonal amount of rain for this time of year , which brings me into Folair spraying , now I am thinking how am I going to feed them when the soil is already wet . As I have already done a bit of home work on it ,then the old light bulb clicked in Foliar feed them so I did , now they have only had a small amount of soil water feed most has been folair . Silica was a good one I could see the effect of that , P-K levels that was interesting , with that I have a bit more understanding to do , but getting a good idea now , micro nutrient , well they get my home made seaweed , can I see the result - no - but I don't know what to look for , but has not hurt them .--soil - whoo thats a big one , but I have found what I like as in drainage , --- I started to mix the bag soil that I can get , can't get anything fancy where I am . I even tried some rain forest as a mix , wow , seemed to make the grow fast , but long and skinny , --- smoke time ---
