I plant about 10 to 20 seeds a week. I don't even bother to soak the new ones just the old ones that have been hanging around for more than a year. I do use a lot of femmed seeds and for some reason the femmed seeds do not seem to have the hatch rate of the ordinary seeds. I believe Muddy may be on to something. It would nee a study to see if there is really any truth to it. Mostly I just use the Jiffy Pucks.
What strains were they? Seed color varies from strain to strain but most are darker in color. Light seeds are usually immature ones, which would likely be a quality control issue.
Lowlife Lemon skunk auto and Short stuff Mi5. The lowlife seeds had literally zero dark stripes or spots on them. I've seen the seeds before they looked nothing alike. Size wise the lemon is very small I would say half the size of the Mi5 seeds. I had a different setup for where my seeds were being germinated with the Mi5 I would admit those seeds were probably user error due to heat. I think for future grows I will invest in a 10 fish aquarium heating pad as that seems to have been my Mi5 issue. I'm looking forward to growing that strain I hear it's pretty descent for sciatica and ddd. I'm also looking at Mossy's seeds for my next grow should be a good one I will be hopefully living in the United States then so grow equipment is gonna get hella easy to obtain. I got a pic I will attach so people can see what the Lowlife seeds are looking like right now.
Even the Mi5 look a little off but still viable enough. Bottom row is the Lowlife Lemon Skunk Auto, the seed on the far left is the only seed to even show a sprout.
Yes. Lowlife seeds have issues not germinating. Mine failed also. Confirmed with the seed bank that there are quality issues with Lowlife. Too bad -- I was looking forward to my Lowlife AK47 x Hindu Kush seeds cracking.
