The ad copy says this seed is a 6/10 on the difficulty scale. ...likes plenty of root space, sensitive to nutes, don't let it go dry, etc.
...my seeds are coming...SOON!
I've got some Fertilome Ultimate Potting Soil (~2 parts peat, ~1 part pearlite, slow and fast release lime and a wetting agent) and plan to use worm casting tea for fertilizer/nutes. 10 regular seeds were ordered, will plant 5 now and save 5 for later, hoping for 3 females and 2 males each time (give or take). Seeds will be started in 20 oz styrofoam cups and moved to ~2 gallon pots once they show sex (all with same soil)...I want to keep them separate, but still make some seeds. The greenhouse-like grow area with light to moderate ventilation is outside at 28 degrees lattitude with PLENTY of sun.
It would be WAY cool to grow something that looks like the picture in the ad (hopefully the color wasn't enhanced)...and enjoy its 'effect'.
Any thoughts, suggestions, comments, etc.?
MANY thanks in advance!
