Looking for some good Skunk genetics

Sweet seeds sweet skunk is a nice plant but take it off the list for a true skunk smell. Worth the grow but not what your looking for.

I didn't get any skunk smell in two plants I got to grow last year from Fastbuds skunk seeds. The first five pack of their seeds I received from a local to me seedcellar wouldn't even pop two years ago.

Been searching for a decent skunk strain.

FB Skunk x FB White Widow x Northern Lights cross I'm growing from seeds I grew last two years. Just wanted to do a test grow in my basement seedling tent before Spring. Topped once at fifth node. Should have brought my larger tent in from pole barn. Light too close is causing bottom one to start foxtailing. Nipped off the foxtail on top of that one.

Was outside this morning and when I came in could smell some skunk but my sense of smell is shot.

Grew in a mix of Promix HP and leftover Ocean Forest with very little additional nutrients. I don't usually do a grow inside other than starting seedlings and then transplanting into my outdoor grow. I usually grow in fabric pots but I had these two 5 gallon plastic planters in the basement and used them.

63rd day today. I think these will do better under the Summer sun in warmer weather. Not massive colas so should do well in my high humidity climate. Look like the typical skunk strain examples I have seen.

nice looking bud. It does look like the skunk i seen around the internet. I ordered some skunk from phoenix seeds. This is the first of many im sure till i find the one. Did you breed that cross yourself?

I had a five pack of skunk seeds and couldn't get any to germinate. Was sent three replacements and the next year got two to grow, decided to self one and though it developed pollen it wasn't sufficient to pollinate the second plant so I pollinated them with pollen from a white widow x Northern lights cross I had grown previously with regular non-feminized seeds just to at least get the skunk genetics.

Just my opinion, but I believe non-feminized seeds are hardier and seem to germinate and grow with less issues. Thing is, not many sources of non-feminized auto seeds with a large number of strains so by making your own seeds you can get an endless supply without spending large amounts of cash at a seedbank.

Likely, the original skunk seeds I received were old stock as I had never had a full pack of seeds that wouldn't germinate. Any of the seeds I have grown intentionally always germinate and grow well so far, likely because they are fresh seeds. I've even had ones that have dropped on the ground and the next year sprout in the Spring with snow still on the ground and manage to grow to maturity in a sunny spot.

At the time I received my original skunk auto seeds that wouldn't germinate I saw plenty of posts from others who had the same results. When I make my own seeds they are always known to be fresh and sprout near 100%. I do have hundreds of seeds from seedbanks but with prices going up I just can't justify buying seeds that may be old or will get old before I get around to trying them now.

The two plants pictured are a minimum of 50% skunk genetics, though they may have gotten pollinated by the original attempt at selfing the one skunk plant so could be 100% skunk. I had to check outdoors this morning to make sure it wasn't an actual skunk I smelled because I have seen skunk tracks in the snow this week in my yard.

If your looking for original skunk witch is bland and uninspiring and not really skunky try sensi seeds skunk #1 or mr nice seeds the shit. If your looking for a strain that smells like a skunk try mr nice seeds devil (red devil)or nordle (super skunk) or sensi seeds super skunk .

I want skunks ass skunk. When I breathe out people think i ate a skunk. The shit you smell a mile away.
