Harvest & Curing Looking for simple solution--Keeping jarred bud moist

I have used the flick method on the top of the jar before I close it just a few drops or so I also give the lid one quick shake to get any big water dropplets off before I close the jar. I've also used the orange peel or lemon peel method but your stash will smell and taste like citrus after no matter what strain. I havent had to rehydrate in a long time but I think the absolute best way I have done it before is just opened the jars and set them on my bathroom counter when I took a hot shower ( I accualy did this by accident with a jar one night and it worked out great )
I will have to say Muddys way sounds the best as far being low risk and not imparting any foreign taste/flavors using citrus or water you do run the risk of mold but probably highley unlikely in a 27% humidity environment

GUYS! you're being so complicated. Breathe into the jar until moisture vapor is visible on the inside. Close the jar, within a minute the fog will be gone. Give an hour for small nugs, more for the bigger denser nugs and they will be equalized. Don't do this with morning after beer breath, obviously

putting a couple fresh fan leaves in the jar with the dry buds for a day has always worked for me. depending on how much bud you have, add an extra leaf or two if needed. i was skeptical when i first did it but it works...and it's cheap & easy. The only side effect i have had was on certain strains, they can loose their aroma - but they still smoke & taste the same.
