What is the auto flower plant that has the highest THC count and a decent bud yield would be nice? Thanks!

First question that pops into my head is, are you asking this to find a good commercially viable strain to make money with? If you are, then autos aren't the best route to go yet, I would go with clones in a high yield hydro setup. If on the other hand you are in it for you and/or your patients read on!

I don't know of anyone who has tested an auto in Colorado, much less anywhere else for % cannabinoids.... So it would be pure guessing on someones part to give an "exact" %age of THC, CBD, CBN and all the other cannabinoids... The best question you could answer for yourself before finding a good strain that does it for you is "what qualities do you want in a daytime smoke and what qualities do you like in a night-time smoke"?
Once you know what you like it will be easier for others to recommend strains for you......

THC content also depends on your growing skills. Keep in mind that the plants that are tested by the seed banks are usually grown by professional growers in optimum conditions. They may list it as 20% but that doesn't mean you're going to get that content from yours. I wouldn't get too hung up on numbers. In the end it doesn't make much difference if you take 4 tokes of a 20 percenter or 5 hits of a 15 percenter. Both are going to get you just as high.

I was over at the home of a local grower who moved out to the country and grows his own. He is a former fashion photographer. He was taking a picture of a plant for one of the seed companies he photographes for. I was looking at the results of his shots on the screen and couldn't believe how great he was making the pictures look. Chrystal like you wouldn't believe. Maybe you shouldn't believe the photos. Sitting on the side of his table were a funnel, fruit sugar and a misting bottle. I suddenly figured out how he got those amazing chrystal on the plants. He put them there. Seeing is not always believing. I won't tell my friends name or the seed company he works for so don't bother asking. I also won't be entering photo contests. So much for truth in advertising.

I did look into test equipment for actually measuring THC and found it too expensive to even consider. There is the much cheaper and very inaccurate blue test the cops use where you compare the color of the solution to a chart. After 8% THC I can't see much difference in color. Maybe all the plants are around 8% at least the ones I grow. Does my pot suck not being a professional grower. The answer is no it is about the same as everyone elses. Is there really 20% THC in some of these pots. It would be nice if some one owned all the test equipment and could verify this shit. Until they do I think we can just put id down to more truth in advertisement.

I wish it was different with the seed growers but it is just politics. I still go by two hit shit and how stoned I get smoking the stuff and what the stone feels like.

And remember it's not just about the THC. I grow a strain that consistently tests at 10-11% THC but it one of the most insane knockouts that my patients have had.

afgahn kush ryder - 22% thc
la bella afrodita - 19 - 20 % thc
diavolo - 17% thc

all according to www.worldwid-marijuana-seeds.com ..yes they ship to us. i just got my third batch from them.but regaurdless its how well you can grow and optomize genetics. hope that helps

Interesting list but I wonder what equipment the list was done on. I little background would be interesting as to their methodology.

It's not Autos but maybe this list will help.

These are actual test results for quite a few popular photoflowering strains.
The type I don't always agree with (e.g. 50 indica/50 sativa, etc...) but it does list: THC CBN CBC THCV & Total Cannabinoids

Why do I believe things like medicne mans reports more than numbers that I don't know where they come from. What strain is that medicine man?

And remember it's not just about the THC. I grow a strain that consistently tests at 10-11% THC but it one of the most insane knockouts that my patients have had.

That's MOB, the clone only Maine bred plant. Patients all around the state clamor for it, but it's not a high THC producer. There are test results from Know Your Grow from multiple growers ranging from 10-11% THC.

I wonder why people don't grow it out clone it and then Fem it. Would the seeds not work the same as the clone? I always wonder about this. Any opinions?
