I have a bad case of http://orthoinfo.aaos.org/topic.cfm?topic=a00338 for the last3 days. Man is this m.f. painful . This is a first for me although I have suffered from gout in the past . The only thing that is bringing me any kind of relief is Aleve.:Grrr:

Oof, had that same problem only in my elbow twice before. That stuff can hurt man, I feel for ya.
Hope you get well soon

Remember that $400+ motorized kief tumbler I linked and said I could build one cheap? Well I got a quick & dirty prototype hehee ;)

12v wall adapter powered with barrel plug, a main on/off toggle switch, a speed control knob that works great, some led's, and a good torque low rpm (110 rpm) 12v DC motor :)

Yeah I threw the prototype in a crappy shipping box lol. Next version will have a bigger screened herb chamber, a glass catch probably, and a proper box. :) I like making stuff.

Watched this last night and thought i was a pretty cool documentury, have uploaded it onto Dropbox setup under a throw away email account, this is the only place i have shared the link and i changed the file names, so should stay up a while before it is removed.

Its recommend watching it all, but if you want to just see the part about Cannabis skip straight to CD 2, enjoy.

Michael Pollan, a professor of journalism and a student of food, presents the history of four plants, each of which found a way to make itself essential to humans, thus ensuring widespread propagation. Apples, for sweetness; tulips, for beauty; marijuana, for pleasure; and, potatoes, for sustenance. Each has a story of discovery and adaptation; each has a symbiotic relationship with human civilization. The film tells these stories and examines these relationships.
