just bought some silica also
PH levels 5.6-5.8
My pots have not been raised out of their dish so they have been sucking up runoff. could that be the problem. I just raised them today.

I would say flush the soil, with that much aeration in your media I would imagine some salt build up. I say try flushing it with 2-4 times volume of your container, then with the last bit of water add a light nute mix because you have taken all the nutes out of the coco
 
Here is a pH nute chart that has soil and hydro, @SMOOTHseven use the chart on the left but honestly your pH seems to be good. I think that you might want to go a little higher than 5.6 though because that is a little low for coco I believe it is really a blend of the two and 5.9 to about 6.3 or.4 is good for coco, but I have never grown in it so that is just a guess lol
