sheefish are the largest member of the whitefish family. This one is 25lbs, they can get 60lbs! When they first come up from the coast they are loaded with omega 3 fatty acids, so tasty! Taste similar to whitefish, but being so huge bones are not a problem and the load of very fine light oil makes them to die for. I live on these babies for a couple of months.
