Evening all hope you are all well. Slightly side tracking a bit does any one have a clue what the hell my wifes orchid is sprouting roots half ways up the stem?? WTF.......

It is a flower that lives literally on the side of trees. It hangs onto them by its roots. It needs little water. You just mist the roots like once every 2 or 3 weeks.
