Ok I let you know about Smashie and Nicey.
Smashie and Nicey are played by Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse.
Samshie and Nicey are a parody of what UK radio Dj's used to sound like. It was because they portrayed what the DJ's sounded like so well that the radio industry (especially the BBC radio dj's) totally revamped their DJ's and schedules.
No long was radio going to be same. The video clip I posted earlier was a version of Smashie and Nicey pretending to be Europop DJ's there are jokes hidden in their made up Euro speak you just need to able to pick it out, which is easier if you have seen the English Smashie and Nicey.
