I can give first hand testimonial on how thins community can change lives. Of any online community, the canna guys are who I relate to, and of them, the best humans of the group are here. Thank you for sharing your struggle, I would say that is showing up naked! Every time I think things are getting tough, there is someone here to help me up, and brush me off. If you ever need a shoulder to lean on, please do understand you can lean on us. I don't get much adult contact either, and understand how that alone can play on your mental. I stay at home with a 2 year old all day, he is the fuel of my fire, but not all that great of a conversationalist. Regarding your husband, I can't offer any advice, but I cooked professionally for 11 years, and also know how ruff that can be. For issues similar to your husbands I will never return to that industry. I stumbled in here a few weeks ago hoping for some guidance in my first attempt at growing my own medication. What I found here in addition to that guidance was unexpected but desperately needed and has in its own way been medicating. To find a group of people who are just genuinely kind and caring when at a point where I was giving up on humanity as a whole and even individually has been inspiring. I've spent the past decade slowly shutting everyone other than my husband and children out of my life. Husband is the only other adult I have any contact at all with for sometimes weeks or months at a time. He's a chef, so most days I barely even see him, and it's just me with a 1, 3, 6 and 12 year old. He's also a vet and an alcoholic. It's been a rougher than usual week here with the alcohol. But you stoners have managed to make me smile and when I normally would have crawled into that dark place inside of myself this week I didn't thanks to you. Why am I telling you this? I haven't the foggiest fucking idea tbh. I stopped sharing myself with other people a long time ago. It's summer solstice though, and a full moon, and somebody said we were to show up naked. So this is me. Being me. Showing up. But I'm exhausted. And really going to try hard for some sleep. So thank you again, and party on!
