This is Dr. Babnik. Josef Babnik. My personal pH at 2 am was 6.7. At midnight I administered myself approx 11 mg Imovane (1 1/2 pills). Still awake. Myoclonus started and I left the bed at 1 am.

Believe it or not..that is Good..with your list of symptoms I expected worse.....and you are a pretty Easy Fix..

If you can take baking soda drinks..we could have your PH up a point almost over night..

yes, at 66.5N sun's up 24/0, the shadow is our "night" when sola cruises behind mts to the north for about 4 hrs
