What an awesome pic,nice colors!! ...On another note ,the storm season is hitting CO with the madness !! Three rounds of heavy rain and hail pummeled the area,in some places as big as baseballs( glad that wasn't here) ,anyway the hail we did get has my garden in shambles :finger:( here's what I think of that!!), back to the chain gang!!
 
Gooood Morning Stoners!!! I hope everyone's morning/day/evening/night is going great! I got a touch of the gout this morning, but I'm not gonna let it slow me down, (I've been stuck in low gear for the last 10 years :rofl: ) Time to wake and bake, so I'll be back sooon! ... I know ... thanks for the warning :rofl:
 
Morning Stoners! @Need4Weed, Gout sucks! I know! Gotta be careful man! I get it in my feet, legs, back and neck if I am not careful of what I eat or drink. Coffee, red meat, shell fish and beer are all my kickers. I am on allopurinol daily, but if I eat any of those in succession for a couple days, I'm a gonner and cant walk for about 4-5 days after, so I just stay away from it all. It's also the long term effects you gotta worry about. Gout is like sandpaper on your joints with every flare up. Check out the ph possitive thread in the med section, it helps to regulate the gout too, with a higher body ph. Baking soda is cheap. Being summer in the states, cherries are affordable and work wonders! Gallon of water a day and keep it elevated! You know the drill!

Just getting started here too. Yesterday got the diesel started on my fishing boat after what seemed an interminable project. Felt like a real milestone, till I saw that most of the oil ended up in the bilge:crying:...
Got it cleaned up and today I get to go find out how it got out.. Hoping its something simple.

Finally getting some sun in cloudy SE AK.
