Hmmmmmm........

Hitting the new posts button and getting potpros threads mixed in on here.

Started yesterday for me and is intermittent in case anybody looks into fixing it.

EDIT TO ADD >>> just found now I can't mark them read and clear them either unless I log in there....

I have never researched but I honestly do not know how high to put a scrog above the pot..

Depends on the plant. I lst for a while, and then I put my scrog net on top, work everything into it, and get it in as low as I can. Usually in a day or two, I readjust again. I might adjust higher or lower depending on the canopy shape I am getting on top of it. My last one was probably no more than 8-10 inches above the DWC lid.

I
You can kinda see how low it is in this pic..

I went with an 8" height as well, coulda been higher or lower but if you wait to long the branches and stem will start to harden and make it harder to start weaving them thru the net

the height caused the problem of not being able to tip the water bucket so I had to use 1/2" aquarium hose as an extension to water, would be easier with drippers maybe, but I plan to do things the same on the next run of plants, the pic above is the plant that was not topped, the topped plants under- structure looks completely different, and of course the top does too..peace..

Please show me more or this topping you speak of

Okay the topping started when my dog bite the top off at the third node( thanks doggie, you grow better than I do!)
image.jpeg
about a week later it started growing multiple tops

as it kept growing the nodes/branches naturally shot off to the sides making it easier to work them into the scrog for a fuller canopy..woo hoo look at that cola in the center( it's a sucker that shoulda been cut)

this "topping method" is why the two plant grew so different,a different technique cause a different result...hope this helps
