Soma: cannabis medibles
CANNABIS February 18, 2016
Our cannabis seeds guru and producer uses his fortnightly column to break a lance for cannabis medibles, edible medicinal dishes with all the goodness of cannabis. Including the necessary medical prescriptions, we are proud that he is a Rolling Stoner Soma ladies and gentlemen!
Long ago, in 1968 to be exact, I watched a movie showing the actor Peter Sellers, titled I Love You Alics B. Toklas . I knew the actor include The Pink Panther slapstick comedy - which I really liked - and had heard that he played a stoner in this movie. I smoked then himself even though weed but I had never eaten the sacred herb. The film was about eating cannabis brownies, space cake so. I saw in the movie that eating cannabis may your life a lot more comfortable and it helps to have more fun and joy. It did not take long before I plunged myself into the kitchen to bake some cannabis brownies.

We rinse time to the present. Since that film I've always eaten cannabis, and since I was 11 years ago, underwent open heart surgery cannabis medibles a regular part of my medication - or my diet if you would call it that. Physically, it makes me so incredibly comfortable. Take fibromyalgia , when someone who eats cannabis products affected, the pain is gone and he or she will rest for recovery.

Cannabis eating psychedelic works and can take you on a pleasant inner journey. It brings you easily into a state of rest, you can your eyes to the outside world, close and deep inward dive. Because states like Colorado, we can finally see what prime cannabis medibles can do for sick people. It appears to be one of the best ways to get into medical cannabis. On my YouTube channel contains a number of videos with the most delicious recipes for cannabis edibles. Some of the dishes I prepared cannabis cups and shared with quite a few people, and the reactions are always great!
Cannabis Butter
One way I processed the active ingredients in my dishes, is by first making cannabis butter. Here I like to use a pressure cooker for. I take 30 grams or more medicinal grade cannabis (organic, unsprayed), 2 liters of clean drinking water, 6 tablespoons organic coconut oil and 2 packets of organic butter. This mixture I cook than an hour in the pressure cooker and then I let it cool down for a few hours. The coconut oil and butter, the float to the top, and to solidify on the water. I take the fats containing THC off and melt it over low heat in another pan and sieve all plant debris out. The green water and used to weed in the compost heap, the THC loaded kokosolie- and butter mixture I keep in a glass jar in the refrigerator. This I can use to create different dishes;sweet food such as cakes, candies and cookies as well as savory spaghetti sauce.
Soma's homemade hash is great for cooking
I absolutely love edibles made with hashish. Homemade hash is the best because you know exactly what you eat. The better the pot, the better the food. THC is fat soluble, so in order to get it right in your body and feel the effect, you need fats. The four types of fat that I like to use are coconut oil, butter, cocoa butter and nut oils.A mix of different types of fat is best, I can recommend it to you.

I always go once or twice a week to the sauna and I always eat some weed sweets. And while I sit sweating I am so super relaxed and cheerful. It's the most relaxed way of healing that I can think of. Feel free to try one of the recipes from my videos, below are a few links.

The biggest cannabis and hemp event in The Netherlands.
June 12th 2016
The 8th Cannabis Liberation Day will take place on June 12th 2016, 2pm till 10pm. The event is free. On Cannabis Liberation Day we celebrate the international cannabis culture and show how much good this plant has to offer. Cannabis Liberation Day calls for tolerance and widespread use of hemp as durable resource and challenges the criminalization of the plant, the cannabis consumers, coffeeshops and cultivators.
FLEVOPARK
Cannabis Liberation Day will again be held at Flevopark, the greenest park of Amsterdam. The park is easily accessible by public transportation and parking your car is free at the adjacent Science Park. Please treat the park with respect, use the bins and toilets and stay on the grass and pathways.
PROGRAM
In addition to the stage program withartists, speakers and DJs from home and abroad there is a big Hemp Market, a Cannabis Film Festival in Europe’s biggest ger (Mongolian nomadic tent), a reggae and dub area with sound systems, a Vape Lounge and a mouth watering food and drinks area.
HEMP MARKET
At the Hemp Market, cannabis- and hemp related organisations and companies will present themselves and their -legal- products. Non-commercial organisation do not have to pay rent for stands.
