I used to hate daylight savings time, when I was a factum of the Marketplace. Pay no attention to it now,I don't turn clock, just have to make sure I don't show up at the Post Office an hour late, lol. Alaska legislature is debating whether or not to shitcan DST. I guess my biggest grind is when the alcoholics have psychotic breaks, things can get real dicey.

I had taken a day off work to take the wife to go fishing, miles of open bank and a guy with his kid set up camp right next to us,and wanted to flap his gums,I wanted to use him as bait but we just moved down about 500 ft...pet peave #1 people who act entitled ,this covers a broad range of situations cause they are usually rude and condescending...:grrr1:

On the water we call them Googans, A big ocean, but as soon as you hookup and they see you slow down, they come out of no where. I don't mind them picking from the same school of Dorado but they know with us fighting the cow or bull that one or the other is still there. That's what they are after. One guy was successful after I found the fish. He kept his port side of his 22' center console away from view until he landed the cow. Then ,whoopin and laughing he showed his name a port. Sticky Fingers. I had to laugh.

Man I miss my dogs. Phil, gone almost twenty years now, Murphy seems like yesterday but it was 5 years ago. Need time in my life to care for a dog again. Not fair to them. I have promised myself one when I retire. Only 9.5 years to go!!

Good Evening AFN Stoners...:pass:..sharing one.

wwwillie..you just haven't got this Grand parenting thing sussed yet have you...?...:pighug:..what you do is get the Grandchildren to moan for a dog..then when the parents cave in you will get doggy sitting rights when the grandchildren are over..:coffee:..best of all worlds.

Oh man, my nemesis is coming! Daylight savings is this weekend. Man I really hate this. It's just not natural. Always take three weeks to get used to this one. The other isn't as bad but still messes me up. It is prolly due to my ability to know what time it is. I can usually get the time of day within 15-20 minutes 90% of the time. Argh...

Oh I HATE it.....and probably for the same reason as you. I haven't worn a watch for over 20 years..I have a body clock and the DTS confuses it.

My pet peeve, besides xxxlarge speedos on the beach

Amen...:headbang:..the man who invented lycra should be Shot.

folks who have to say everything that pops into their heads. Everything they experienced, saw on tv, or over heard, without thought, caution or discretion.

just wanted to post a pic of the new members of the Wile clan, poppy(7) and hooch 5 how could we not adopt them

we usually adopt rescue dogs rather than look for purebred puppies, the older dogs can sense a good heart in a person,we have a 10 year old we saved a year ago and a few others, love the unconditional love they give !!!peace brother !!

I think dogs just make life better

Bless your Hearts..:bighug:..our two are Rescues too.
Breaks your heart going to the rescue kennels and seeing all the dogs that need Love huh..?

trailanimal..the sun behind the trees looks as if it is on Fire..beautiful...:headbang:

Thanks Aunty!
As soon as they can talk that is going to be my plan! Unfortunately we find ourselves subsidizing a fair amount of their upkeep so I need to be sure I can help support another mouth!! Yikes!

Bet he's the "spark" of the crew, eh?!
yup, heart and soul. Little story about Mag: First time hooked up he wouldn't go, just sat there. So chained him, and the rest went down the trail. After several runs, Mag just watching us go and return, the other dogs telling him what he is messing. I noticed he started telling me through looks and body language that he was ready. Hooked him back up and he's never stopped, ferocious puller.
