Have any of your heard about the story of Big Mike the owner of Advanced Nutrients and what he had to do to get to where he is now.
This article is very long and interesting but i really dont know if its true or not. Maybe someone with some knowledge will be able to tell us the truth.

I don't think anyone on staff has anymore information than what you can find on the web.
Guy was a serious grower, when you are trying to manage that much shit with hydro, you damn well better be able to mix your own nutes or you are going to be paying out the nose.
He developed a reasonably good nute regime, like any good dope slanger, he saw an opportunity to sell another product & made it available to others.
A lot safer than growing dope, which he apparently did not stop doing either.
He is a great self promoter and has built up his brand.
A few years ago his business partner, close friend, and chemist, was accused of sexually molesting a young girl and photographing the incident.
They denied it, and have produced documents that they claim show this is a smear campaign. Charges appear not to have gone forward.
The alleged victim's family claims AN money paid off officials and that is why the charges were not pursued.

What is the truth?
I don't know.
Will it change my use of the product. No, I have used it and concluded there are much better products on the market. I am not inclined to use them anyway.
One of the staff feels very strongly about the accusations as he has small children and the thought that if these allegations are true that his money would be supporting a pedophile is enough for him to decisively not use the product again.
Another staff member feels very differently, he likes the product and seeing there was no case brought to trial, is willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.
I imagine most AFN members will fall somewhere close the opinion of these two staffers.
They are able to discuss it rationally without resorting to bullshit.
So any member wanting to weigh in on this pro or con, Be AWARE, Staff is watching this particlar issue for any hints of BS and will not tolerate flaming or ugliness.

I really like the look of black/purple weed.but the half dozen or so varieties ive tried didnt colour up on me.im not that good a grower to go messing with temps and shit to help it along,so they let me down a bit.
I looks in my cupboard today,and theres a dp autoblackberry kush lookin back at me with them beautiful big black eyes.i think im in love again.

What weather has everyone got...?...we were steaming for a few days..34'C in the sun on the patio..
I even got the winter legs out for an hour..to counteract the milk bottle glow..I Almost got gripped by spring fever and Shaved them....but our temps bottomed out yesterday..so I decided I Needed the Fur...
