Depends on incoming air .... If incoming air is lower then yes, exhaust fans would lower humidity but if outside air is more humid it would raise humidity.

Be careful what you wish for.... we used to be able to buy seeds legally. Not now, must come from government store or your own from a old bag.
Also can only grow 4 plants legally without a medical or craft licence. And either of those open you up to random visits from authorities.
Decriminalize not legalization. Don't make the same mistake the Canadian Liberals did.
