Thank you @Frankthetank ...I'm laughing...but there is a hysterical edge to it....you will not believe it.

They took the BBQ off the patio today to make room for the builders and the furniture.
I heard a bang and a yell...apparently..we have a Massive wasps nest inside the webber......they heard the buzz...lifted the lid and slammed it back down twice as fast......it is full of them.

Just the way our Luck is going ATM.....you have made me Think though...we have a paella ring..and I have frozen chicken portions...
Now if only I can remember where the paella pan went......might be a goer...

I'm sorry to laugh at your pain, Auntie, but I know the feeling of "when it rains, it pours"....and you are right...the only thing to do is laugh at the situation, and make the best of it. Xmas paella sounds like a fun little project lol. I wish you were closer....I would say fook it, and invite the lot of you over here...we'll already have a house full...what is a few more, right? Ah well, at least you'll have a funny story to tell in a few years....
