I am trying to get caught up on the threads here when the hot water feed pipe valve under the kitchen sink literally exploded :yoinks:. My wife was in the kitchen and hollers at me that she needs some help. I tried turning it off but just more water. Then I went out and shut the main. I had two new valves in a bag under the sink because it has been leaking a bit for the last 3 years. It is really hard for me to work under the sink because of my back and the twisting required to get at the pipes. I changed both valves hot and cold. All is well except for the banged up lip and knuckle from the pipe wrench slipping off an whacking me in the face and my hand driving into the pipes at full force. I HATE PLUMBING :finger:.

Here is the failed valve:

It's kinda deafening... This is why. And yes, she uses pillows like a human.

Cute Pupperz ! :bighug:

One of my guard dogs is getting a bit long of tooth and he now requires a king bed and feather pillows.

He lays across it and uses all the pillows as body pillows and then the last pillow he kicks out sideways for his head to rest on.

He just might have got spoiled early on from having a feather pillow in his dog bed...

I dunno....:shrug:

He's just a tiny puppy at heart:wizzy:

When he's feeling cuddly he thinks in his mind that he is a teacup ninja... he will try to do a slow motion sneak onto your lap to fall asleep without being noticed... at least he thinks he isn't being noticed...
:crying::crying::crying:

He's the smallest Red Dob I've owned in over 40 years...

Thanks! Your guard dog is a handsome boy, my Indy just guards the fridge :crying: Here she is, one of her favorite places, on my lap and usually in between myself and anything that takes attention from her :rolleyes1:

:biggrin: ... makes me think of the Great Dane I grew up with,... She never figured out she was a laaarge dog! (155lbs) ... she'd try to fit in tiny dog beds, old chairs she used to snooze on (naughty)... I was amazed at how she could crumple herself up! ... the lap thing though was the hoot,... as an adult, if you were on the couch, she'd roll over to you, tuck in close, and set her butt on the couch, front legs on the floor, look you eye-to-eye (slurp :rofl:) .... then those would slowly slide out from under her, and she'd sorta flop her top third across your lap! :eek1: - Just a bit heavy.... she had me by 100lbs at this time too- :crying: -best dog we had!
